Atlanta Micro Loan Fund

Through our membership in the
Atlanta Housing Association of Neighborhood-Based
Developers (AHAND), PRC does marketing and intake of
residents for participation in the Atlanta Micro Lon
Fund. The mission of AHAND’s loan fund is to
increase small business opportunities by providing
capital, technical assistance, and referrals to existing
and start-up businesses typically excluded from
mainstream sources of financing. The fund can provide
loans from $100 to $1,500 to residents 18 years and older
who live in neighborhoods where AHAND member
organizations operate.

The Mecca Fine Foods Property is located at 21 Ormond Street and is directly contiguous to The Square at Peoplestown, our 94 unit multi-family development. The site is under construction for 20 own-home units slated for completion my mid-summer 2007.
