• During 2005, the Peoplestown Revitalization Corporation continued to manage the 20 unit multi-family project located in the southwest area of the community. Peoplestown Villas, completed in December of 1998, was PRC’s first substantial development project. Construction and permanent financing ($498,000) was provided by the City of Atlanta through the HOME Program.

Rents start $400 per month, The Villas boasts the lowest rents throughout the Peoplestown Community.
