The committee was designed to foster community input to address concerns and issues of neighborhood residents. This committee meets on a regular monthly basis with along with residents of the community.
The Community Redevelopment Board (CRB) was setup to have enforcement of the Community Redevelopment Plan which was signed into legislation by the city council in 1995. The 15 year plan identifies permitted uses of land within the Peoplestown Community. PRC provides staff support to the Community Redevelopment Board.
Youth Advisory Board
PRC incorporated the Peoplestown Youth and Family Development Plan several years ago to give the youth a voice in planning and implementation of youth related activities. It would also provide for direct contact with the PRC board of directors having a voice within the body. The YAB is critical to the success of the Youth on The Move (YOM) program.
