During 1999, PRC acquired a 10 unit multifamily apartment building located at 924 Washington Street by virtue of an acquisition loan from Citizens Trust Bank.

 PRC has received $222,000 from the City of Atlanta in the form of CDBG funds and is currently determining the feasibility of rehabilitating the building.  As currently conceived, the 10 units will house current residents of the Peoplestown community. The rents will target those making 60% or less of the are median income.. PRC continues to  received technical assistance on this project from the Community Design Center, The Enterprise Foundation and the Department of Community Affairs and the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Project (ANDP).
